Pros
Benefits are decent and will relocate employees for career development.
Cons
No diversity, unless you consider aging white men diverse. Majority of plants are in small back country towns. Aging manufacturing plants along with an aging workforce. They only cost saving initiative they have is laying off employees. Good old boys network. If you are not in the club your career will not go anywhere.
