VERY POOR MANAGEMENT - IMMATURE AND CHILDISH EMPLOYEES - Wrapper Timken Employee Review

In Fort Scott KS They hire and keep drug users and low lifes and get rid of good emplyees. Drug users and supervisors that party with and sleep with their subordinate direct reports. Employees act like they are in high school. They would write us up for not wrapping enough belts but we would come to work and no belts at our machines to wrap. Our machine might be broken when we first set foot in the door.
