      Pros

      Solid company. Strategic direction is well developed and executed. There are some very intelligent individuals in areas of metallurgy ans engineering.

      Cons

      Middle management is very weak. Creativiity has been replaced by drones looking at the bottom line only.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
