      Smart, talented people in most areas. Decent leadership in select areas.

      Cons

      Forcible job outsourcing at the expense of quality. Outsourcing production to Romania, India and China. Outsourcing jobs to India. IT is completely obsolete. Lots of ivory-tower syndrome.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
