      Relatively laid back work environment, co workers are mostly friendly and helpful, good benefits including 401k.

      Cons

      Bad management, plant manager doesn't understand the manufacturing process. Supervisors hired off the street with no manufacturing knowledge.

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
