      Good company, decent salary for Ohio area, timken likes to takes care of its employee, room for growth, good culture and management

      Cons

      Super old industry, very oldschool, outdated technology if you visit US plants, living in Canton OH is terrible, a dead town! I do not think any young engineer can last living more than a year over there!

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
