      Pros

      If you kiss up to management you will move up. If you can live with yourself. Corporate leadership is just as bad.

      Cons

      Plant management could not find their way out of a wet paper bag. They really have no idea what to do or how to do it. All they do is point fingers at everybody else.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
