      Pros

      I get to apply the machining skills from The Machining Technology classes I took at Gaston College. Also I have learned a lot about metal Quality Control such as RFC and other QC interments.

      Cons

      I have worked night shift for most of my life and am needing to find a day shift job.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
