      Pros

      For many years, Timken was the preferred employer in Canton for a lot of job seekers. They used to be known for caring about employees and the community and offering good benefits.

      Cons

      The culture has changed significantly over the last few years and especially since the split into Timken and TimkenSteel. Recently, they've communicated mass layoffs of almost all local IT personnel. Everything is moving transitioned to India IT.
