      Pros

      New company with tons of potential for growth. Specialized product in a market with very few global competitors.

      Cons

      Aged work force in the professional ranks that does not support people coming in from the outside with experience. there is only 1 way to do things, the way it has been done for 100 years. Canton is a backwater town with zero culture.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
