      Pros

      Facilities are nice. Clear review process.

      Cons

      Still stuck in standard 8-5. Managers need to know everything. Hybrid is nice but you don’t really get to choose your WFH days or switch them as your schedule requires. Lots of micromanaging and outdated processes. Long interview process that makes you think it is a fantastic place to work and hard to get into.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
