      The pay is decent, but I doubt that it is disbursed fairly.

      Cons

      An environment that does not favor anyone who does not have a friend or relative who is employed at the company. Not favorable for anyone who believes in discipline.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
