      Hours, and coworkers that made the days go well in a stressful environment

      Cons

      Management. Poor production planning. General lack of follow through and communication required for successful production. Heavy tribal knowledge, you have to fail to learn, not a clear path laid out.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
