      Pros

      Overtime after 40 hrs whether you use vacation or holiday or work the first 40.

      Cons

      The second they can figure out how to pay workers less money for their work they will. Up to moving the whole plant to mexico. They have done this to multiple U.S. plants. Just so they can get away with paying Mexicans around $3 an hour.
