      They don’t call me to come in on my off day

      Cons

      Pay is awful, but since there’s no other company like it in the immediate area, management claims “we are an industry leader in the area”.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
