Pros

Good people to work with. Quick pace job.

Cons

Extremely understaffed. Management won't/can't hire more people. Forced to work 10-12 hours per day non stop. Can't even take a break for lunch. It's physically hard work (which is not an issue with proper breaks, but work demand is high). Burn out is inevitable under these conditions even for those willing to work this hard and for the number of hours per day. No work/life balance. Video cameras so customers can watch from waiting area every minute you are working on a/their car is ridiculous.
