      Completely remote company. Goal oriented culture.

      The company had important pivots in its strategy the last couple of years, which comes with some plannings shifts and teams re-arrangements.

      Pros

      The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
