      Pros

      I have worked in Tomtom over a decade, and in general I think it is a great working environment.

      Cons

      Getting into management positions was not so straightforward, if you start as a data analyst. Even thought they support career growth, with the fact that tech people are harder to find, they tend to keep tech people in operational positions. It is not impossible, but a bit harder.
