- New Producer is fantastic, he gets tings done and has a ton of experience under his belt - Director is energetic and uplifting - Talented and awesome crew - Studio is aware of past conflicts/concerns of employee's and shows intent to improve - Never felt exploited, overworked or taken advantage - My supervisor is great - Benefits - Holiday parties have prize draws where employee's can win cintiq's, ipad, laptops, coffee makers etc. - Improved substantially from my first time working at Toonbox

*NOTE all cons are in a state of improvement - Strong Hierarchical structure harmful to creativity and flow of information - Communication - Studio Location ( Toronto's most dangerous intersection) - some of crew is jaded/bitter - Could improve on creating a creative environment
