Pros
The pros to working here are at a local level. You get to know many great people. Furthermore there salary is very competitive.
Cons
The senior leadership are out of touch with the local market. Furthermore, they state “run the branch like you own it” but they do not allow you the tools to do it. They also state that they are a “family” company but in reality only care about themselves. There is also an extreme amount of turn over due to poor leadership.
