      Benefits - medical, dental, vision, long term & short disability & lawyer insurance available, 401K with company matching up to 3%. PTO earned each pay period. All kinds of training and resource material & friendly people to help with any situation you need to handle.

      Cons

      Work & Life Balance needs to be balanced, need to show employees appreciation more than once a year, there tends to be favoritism towards male employees.

      Safety and training materials easily available, HR at corporate office are super helpful

      Cons

      District Management slashed several jobs in one day, upper management is not trustworthy. Treated as a number and not a human being.
