For a company that makes so much money, and runs as lean as it does given its size, I would expect better benefits in terms of PTO, paid holidays, and 401k matching. You can see the millions of dollars C-Suite Execs makes. You can afford to give your employees some more days off, better 401k, or stock options. I’ve worked at companies so much smaller, that make way less money, that offer better benefits. It’s 2024 and companies are stepping up their benefits packages. TopBuild should be doing the same
