      Pros

      Work with you if you wanna go to school or further your life. Things pop up they're good about giving you the days you need off and what not.

      Cons

      Pay is hit or miss. Summertime is too hot to be doing this stuff. And oh did i mention the pay.... Also have to wear pants and boots in 95 degree weather in a building with no airflow. Not smart

      An insulation installer certainly has a tough and important job. Safety comes first - even if it's uncomfortable or hot.       Safety and training materials easily available, HR at corporate office are super helpful

      Cons

      District Management slashed several jobs in one day, upper management is not trustworthy. Treated as a number and not a human being.
