Pros

I have been working as a Client Services Coordinator at Total Spectrum for about 9 months now and have absolutely fell in love with the company! It is a family-owned company and I have created great relationships with my coworkers. It makes it so easy to get up in the morning to come to work when you actually love your job! No day is ever the same in our Department and it is challenging, yet so rewarding. We work so closely with not only the therapists at Total Spectrum, but also with each of the families we provide services for. The best part of the day is knowing that you are directly involved in making a difference for not only each of our kiddos, but our families as well. What is also so amazing is the incredible work-life balance this company provides. I can't imagine my life without Total Spectrum, and I am so excited for the future of our company and how we will continue to grow!

Pros

competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

Cons

unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
