      Experienced BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) Excellent communication and organization throughout Child/Family centered approach Therapists get Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Materials and tech provided by company Positive work environments

      Lower pay than some other companies Need masters degree for advancement (but that’s a good thing for the clients)

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
