Pros
I love working with my clients and getting to know them and help them the best I can. This is a very independent job but the BCBAs are nice and you can reach out for questions and they supervise usually once every two weeks (depends on the case more or less). They are also pretty lenient taking days off as long as it's not a habit.
Cons
The training is the biggest downside as it's hard to get paid for all of it and it's very tedious and online majority. After that though it's okay depending on the case some cancel more often than others but if it becomes a big issue they can put you on another case or you canb
