      Coworkers are awesome. You will LOVE your clients. But that's anywhere you go.

      Too many changes. As soon as you get comfortable with one change... here comes another.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
