Pros

Great work environment. Its independent and competitive but we all still feel like a team. Very comfortable place to start your sales career. The training that you receive from management (Charles Broadhurst) is unsurpassed. I had never worked in sales before this job and now I feel like I can sell confidentially. Also you're associated with some of the top names in professional sports which makes the job even easier and more enjoyable. The pay and other incentives are really great, especially compared to 99% of other sales jobs in the area. It isn't all work and no play either; we get to have relaxed days where we participate in office basketball pools, watch march madness, take a day to go watch a game, fun holiday parties, etc.

Cons

If you've never done inside sales the whole idea of sitting at a desk and being on the phone all day can take some getting used to. The turn over rate made me worrisome at first but I've come to see that the fact is people that this job and its just not for them, not everyone is cut out for sales.

Pros

I love my position and the system that my boss Charles has set up. I was hired in October to an entry level position gathering leads and setting up chains of command. I have worked my way into the sales role and getting the chance to learn how to build chains of command and gather leads before jumping right into sales gave me the chance to gain a solid foundation and understanding of the business. This understanding has allowed me to better understand the sales process and gives me the advantage to make an impact and make sales in a shorter amount of time when getting into the sales role. Charles is a great boss with a progressive mindset that allows the opportunity for his employees to grow not only as people but also as salesmen. The pay structure allows for tremendous opportunity to grow and change your life if you are hungry enough. I recommend this job to anyone who is hungry, looking to progress and build in a career, and develop as a person!

Cons

Gathering leads at first can get repetitive, but its all worth it when you start selling.
