      Co workers are awesome and the residents

      Management is a joke you are under paid and over worked you are made to feel as if you don't matter. you get sick and have to miss work they cut your hours DO NOT EVER work for this company

      Pros

      They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

      Cons

      There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.
