They were willing to be flexible with my scheduling especially since I was in nursing school at the time. I worked in memory care and my direct manager was understanding, and easy to work with! There were some amazing people who worked here at the time I was here. The families were very kind and I loved getting to know my residents.

Cons

There was a lot of unnecessary drama between coworkers. Some managers were hard to get along with. The job can be difficult and we were often understaffed.

The residents were the highlight of my time there. Some of the people I worked with were great.

Cons

Pay is not great for the amount of work you do. Benefits are okay but could definitely be better. There are a lot of workers there that don't pull their weight.
