      Pros

      Developing technology with a lot of potential is a lot of fun. There is always something exciting to do. Great culture, with a lot of different nationalities and personalities, which makes for great interactions. So many new people joining all the time, which is refreshing to see compared to previous companies I have been with.

      Cons

      Outside of Copenhagen, can increase commute for some. Some things like company paid time to go to a doctor etc. could be added.

      Pros

      Great Industry Great coworkers and peers at HQ in Denmark Industry leading product Constant innovation and reinvestment in product improvements.

      Cons

      Well below average pay (base and commission) No sales structure US Sales leadership does not align with Danish leadership at HQ. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Company does not value tenured employees or their feedback. Poor company culture that believes in product over people.
