We feel like our culture here is very strong and we are regularly complimented on the amount of effort we put into employee engagement initiatives, introducing work/life balance opportunities and providing the best employee benefits and offerings available.       Flexible workplace culture with great remote and hybrid options

      Cons

      They are onboarding new tools and SaaS platforms, but ironically, any suggestion to actually improve the system is met with "apathy or exasperation". Pervasive legacy tech debt remains untouched everywhere
