Pros
Excellent work-life balance. Good and supportive Managers, mostly. Excellent pay structure. Robust management system and genuine desire and 100% efforts by management to continuously improve it. Listens to employee in development and revisions of MS. Technically knowledgeable and highly skilled work force .
Cons
Reporting structure for onshore employees can be cause of multiple reporting managers and heartburns. No employee assessment system in place. It is mostly manager's voice.
