Pros
Over the last 6 months, nothing would be considered a pro except working from home and direct managers.
Cons
TSI doesn't care about there employees. TSI shared layoffs in a zoom meeting before even contacting the employee. Many years in the November and December time frame TSI laid people off, so upper management could get their bonuses. Then in January they would rehire for the positions. Company also doesn't believe in raises for most employees. Most employees are at the same or close to the same pay as when they started. Managements greed is a major downfall. I hope that all the employees choose to leave the company before the company gets them. Yes, I left the company for a better positon.
