    Pros

An opportunity to learn, collections is hard work but will give you thick skin.

    Base pay plus commission.

Rarely work over 40 hours a week.

    Cons

    Benefits are not good.

Commission structure favors top performers, most people don't hit goal.

Rules will change overnight with little to no notification, yet you will be penalized for infractions.

    Boring work.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, and don't keep them in the dark.

    Pros

Co Workers that are really good about helping each other find better job opportunities?

    Cons

Just got the most insulting pay raise, first in two years, that I’ve ever received in my career and that is despite positive reviews. That means that with 3% in inflation, over two years , and a recent 1% income tax hike I am now making, I won’t be exact because it might be too obvious who I am, about $6k less than what I was when I was hired. So thanks for the positive reviews, it means just a ton to the kid/s when we say no to anything to extravagant.

Office in the middle of nowhere not anywhere close to mass transit so unless you live in the north west burbs you’re silly to even consider this place unless you enjoy finishing your morning routine in your car. Luckily mine, thanks to a recent move, has improved to just 45 minutes! Yippy!

So I have gone from casually keeping my ear to the ground to job hunting like my unemployment just ran out, and from the amount of times I’ve seen indeed and linkdin on my coworkers computers I can promise you I won’t be the first, or the last.

    Advice to Management

    To Late
