Paid $16 an hour for a role writing testing software. Required to account for every second of your day via timesheet. Annoying company culture full of leftists.

Treats people like people. Easily the best company that I have worked for in this field. Has never laid people off in forty years of business.

Cons

The money could be better.

Pros

Relatively great pay, handed a lot of responsibility due to high turnover but with little to no training and high expectations to figure things out on your own, cool projects, relatively great work life balance, except this job made me too depressed to do all that I would normally want to do in my free time.

Cons

Lack of empathy and respect for lower level employees, lack of quality leadership, constant poor treatment by higher ups and admin-- most people (you work with a lot of employees remotely at different offices) are sassy and talk down on you, this is not directly related to the Roseville Office. Their diversity, equity and inclusion committee is completely off base and makes excuses for overt racism. A lot of empty words with higher ups only caring about their goals.
