Pros
• Most colleagues and management are easy to work with. I worked at Trihydro for approximately 5-years and then I left and worked at a different job for 2-years. One of the things that prompted me to come back to Trihydro is that I missed most of the folks that I had worked with. • Good benefits (flex time schedule, excellent retirement package, etc…) • A growing mid-sized company that goes to great lengths to hold onto the benefits of a smaller company. o Annually, Trihydro puts on a roadshow for each office to explain benefits, connect with employees, and hear constructive feedback from employees. o Most management is approachable and open to new ideas. • A fast growing company with many new and exciting projects on the horizon. • Employee mentoring program and engineering round table. Both are voluntary programs that are not linked to employee performance. It’s a great way to sit down and learn from engineers with years of experience.
Cons
• Some long hours at times, however, that is the nature of consulting. Trihydro has implemented policies to promote work/life balance. I don’t work nearly as many hours now as I did before I left. • Employees that work in satellite office don’t get as many opportunities as folks working in the corporate office (Laramie, WY).
