Disgruntled but honest - Cook Trinity Health Employee Review

Poor actual pay not technically a livable wage in order to live and save. Wages/ compensation is very unbalanced and poorly managed. You have supervisors making almost as much as regular workers, and you have new employees making the same if not more than older established ones.
