      Depending where you work, pretty good work-life balance. Most people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Promotions based on who you know - have seen people with no management background, get promoted to management. Raises laughable.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
