Business Outlook
Pros
Most co-workers are friendly and helpful. Patients are wonderful and make coming to work everyday worthwhile. Not much else I can say positive.
Cons
Extremely disorganized. No one knows what they are doing from day to day. More work is given then can possibly be done in a day. Expectations change constantly and usually with very little warning. Policies/procedures change and only half of the staff are made aware.
