Free flu shots....they are required or a doctor or clergy must sign off.
Cons
I'm not a smoker, but there new policy does not even allow you to smoke in your car or anywhere during business hours. They do have programs to help smokers quit, but if you are looking to join, I think you should be told this upfront.
