      Good salary and benefits. Interesting work.

      Cons

      No one seems to know what will happen as the merging continues. The CHE staff has little say in the changes that are taking place. Morale is terrible as people continue to leave since they are unsure of their job security and unable to get a straight answer regarding what their job will look like in the near future.
