      Night shift differential, able to switch shifts with coworkers, Blue Cross insurance

      Cons

      Many units are not staffed properly so we get pulled a lot to other floors

      PTO & benefits are good, but not out of the ordinary for other hospitals

      Cons

      Had to practically beg for a raise, while knowing that I was making at least 10% less than nurses with similar experience in same job
