      My unit has a great culture of a supportive team. Great staffing ratios.

      Cons

      Pay is not as good as unionized hospital nearby. Incentives and bonuses have been cut majorly in past five years.

      Inter departmental politics, union is a joke, micro managed, you can be late or not even show up everyday and no repercussions
