      Pros

      Bij IENS (onderdeel van TripAdvisor, de Nederlandse tak) kregen de trainers veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Gezien de tak van het bedrijf volop in ontwikkeling was, was er telkens veel gaande en waren er een hoop successen om te vieren.

      Cons

      In de vaart van alle dingen, de snelle veranderingen, ging de grondigheid in het huidige moment nog wel eens verloren. Ook zaten er veel mensen op leidinggevende posities vanwege de snelle groei van het bedrijf en niet per se hun kunde of expertise.

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
