      Pros

      - Good live/job balance - Multiple benefits like ticket restaurant, health insurance and I extra money for gym, travels etc - awesome company to have on CV

      Cons

      - really low salary - still a start-up environment with daily changes and no aligned processes

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
