8yWe haven’t had anyone from Customer Support leave the business since TrueCommerce acquired RedTail, so the comments are a little confusing. Anyways, thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, I cannot comment on any promises about salary or workload that were made by the RedTail team prior to the TrueCommerce acquisition. However, if you have concerns about your workload and you are not getting answers from your direct management, I would suggest that you reach out to their supervisor or human resources to discuss. We know the workloads are busy but we also know that is a sign that our business is doing great! We are also currently recruiting for quite a few positions that weren’t budgeted since we have been so successful this year. It just takes time to get them all filled but we do have a great referral program if you know anyone who would be a good fit.
At TrueCommerce we pride ourselves on being a Top Workplace and we didn’t get there by not focusing on our employees as you suggest.
