Pros

IF you get sales you can get some great deals.

Cons

You have to be a "used car salesperson" to grow, pushy people are needed, there is not support for those who do not want to recruit. I am part of a "team" where my Director poaches potential recruits, her Director & the Business Manager support bad business practices and do not care about the "non used car salesman" on the team. Once you become part of a "team" no one seems to be able to get you out of that team, save going inactive. Customer Service is sporadic at best. Warranty is NOT what it seems, they state a policy of Life Time Warranty. but that is not true on all/most items.
