Sinking ship - IT Operations Manager Tupperware Employee Review

The business model is hard to feel good about. Top management is all "sales" types. They jerk from one "silver bullet" new strategy to the next. Sometimes before the last is 50% developed. IT is very low priority. They shed long term employees at a point in their lives it is hard for them to find other jobs because of their age. No loyalty to long term employees.
