Pros

Colleagues were wonderful really supportive and welcoming. Although I am aware other sites not so much

Cons

Lack of training provided. Lack of progression pathways. Poor management. Policies which seem to be against the service user. Lack of support or safeguarding of staff. Poor pay. Poor service delivery to clients meaning most clients are upset/angry with the company due to staffing issues meaning they are not being provided a full treatment provision. Changes to working hours and patterns with no notice. No flexibility from the company but as an employee are expected to drop everything planned due to them changing schedules.

Most coworkers are friendly and nice to work with

Misleading comments from management, they knew the entire department will be laid off and didn’t warn us
